Preparation.
Our cutting techniques are specifically designed for all textures. From wavy, curly and kinky hair. We shape your hair curl by curl while your hair is dry and in its natural state according to your individual needs.
This service includes personalise consultation and product recommendations for your specific texture that makes it easy for you to maintain your curls at home. Your stylist will use our signature dry cutting technique. Please arrive at the salon with your hair prepared.

Washed ,detangled and dried in it’s natural state with only a little to no gel or mousses.
Curl creams and leave -in conditioner’s are fine.
It’s best to let your hair hang freely, do not tie your hair up in a ponytail or clips.
Doing this will ensure we get the absolute best out of your hair. We want to make sure we can spend all the necessary time looking after you.
Please have your hair prepared.
There will be an additional cost for time and possibly a cancellation of your appointment if your hair is not prepared correctly.

Cancellation Policy
Due to limited appointments, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. This gives us the opportunity to fill the appointment time. You will need to cancel your appointment by phone on (03) 9482 6322 . Please do not email or text your cancellation. If you do not cancel your appointment prior to the 48hours you will be charged 100% of the service you were scheduled in for. As you can understand it is still very difficult for people to come in at short notice to fill the cancellation. We also understand that things arise in life and sometimes can’t be helped. Not showing up for an appointment is not acceptable and therefore 100% of the service will be changed. The owners has the only right to be flexible here. We thank you for your understanding.
